Most orders ship from our Global (Asia) Warehouse.

What are ecotanka bottles made of?
Our bottles are made from high-quality, food-grade 18/8 (304) stainless steel, designed for long-term everyday use.
Are ecotanka lids BPA-free?
Yes. All plastic components, including lids and caps, are made from BPA-free, non-toxic materials.
Can I use ecotanka bottles for hot and cold drinks?
Yes — many models are suitable for both hot and cold beverages.
Double-walled insulated bottles provide better temperature retention.
Always check the individual product description for temperature suitability.
## CARE & USE
How do I clean my ecotanka bottle?
We recommend hand-washing bottles and lids with warm, soapy water.
- Single-wall bottles: Dishwasher-safe if needed, but hand-washing is recommended.
- Insulated (thermoTANKA) bottles: Not dishwasher-safe. High heat and pressure can damage the vacuum seal.
Can I put my bottle in the freezer?
No. Freezing stainless steel bottles may damage welds and seals.
To chill your drink, use cold water and ice instead.
